Greta location and the most beautiful private beach. The hole next to this one is where a billionaire decided to build his castle. He could have went anywhere and he chose this same location. Don’t hesitate to book!

Our stay at David’s beachfront home was amazing. David was very responsive, helpful, and even made exceptions for a last-minute guest while allowing early check-in. His check-in details were clear and easy to follow. The house looked exactly like the photos, had all listed amenities, and the beach in the backyard felt private and peaceful. Stores and food options were about a 25-minute walk away. Philippe was the true highlight of our stay. From the start, he answered all my questions with patience and detail, offering great guidance and recommendations. He greeted us warmly and provided helpful information and took us around as we didn’t have a vehicle. He went above and beyond—helping arrange a birthday cake for my brother’s 60th and even bringing me a special bottle of wine. His kindness made our celebration unforgettable. Thank you, David and Philippe, for such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend

We had an excellent stay. David was very responsive and promptly answered any questions we had. Phillipe made a trip out to refill the propane on the grill so that we could have a planned dinner and for good measure refilled the kitchen tank as well. There was one other group on the shared stretch of beach the entire time we were there and the kids loved just walking out off the patio in the morning and collecting shells. Beautiful home, excellent location and impeccable hosts. If schedules align we will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce Airbnb à Nassau ! L’emplacement est vraiment parfait : proche de tout, dans un secteur calme et agréable. La maison était impeccablement propre et très bien entretenue. Le véritable coup de cœur reste la vue sur l’eau à l’arrière de la maison — tout simplement à couper le souffle. C’est l’endroit idéal pour relaxer et profiter de l’ambiance des Bahamas. Je recommande fortement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour mémorable à Nassau ! 🌴✨

My family (2 adults and 2 kids are 7&9) had an amazing 4 days at David’s place. Photos were all accurate, but they don’t do the beach justice! There is a long strip of sand beach that is technically shared with other rentals, but no one was ever on it- it was so private. This is an excellent rental for families and there is a place to park a car if you rent one. If you don’t (we decided not to) there are walkable attractions and we felt very safe. There is a grocery store very close and a well equipped kitchen and grill. There is a bus line on the street and we took advantage of chauffeur that the host gave us a contact for- this was great for getting downtown for a day. Philippe, the local property manager, was very responsive and a lovely contact to have. Would stay again!

Great house. We didn’t want to leave because the beach was so nice and private. House was clean had everything you needed. We cooked both nights grill and kitchen were great. Love it. Dave and phillipe did an amazing job staying in touch and giving us what we needed.

David and Phillipe were great at communicating, very helpful as well. The ocean view from the house is amazing. The only issue is internet, the service is not great. Other than this all great. 5 stars
